Με την «ειδικών συνθηκών» προπόνηση (Κυριακή πρωί-πρωί 08:30 π.μ.) συνεχίστηκε η προετοιμασία των αθλητριών του ΙΚΑΡΟΥ ΚΑΛΛΙΘΕΑΣ...
Ευχάριστο νέο αποτέλεσε η επιστροφή της διαγώνιας Ζένιας Δασκαλάκη, η οποία ανάρρωσε πλήρως από την ίωση της αμυγδαλίτιδας που την ταλαιπωρούσε...
Αντίθετα η μεγάλη άτυχη Αγγελική Λίνα απουσίαζε, συνεχίζοντας την αποθεραπεία της. Το πόδι της έχει πρηστεί μετά το διάστρεμμα που υπέστη και την τρέχουσα εβδομάδα θα επανεκτιμηθεί η κατάστασή της, ώστε να βγουν ασφαλή συμπεράσματα...
Επίσης καταγράφηκαν οι γνωστές απουσίες των αθλητριών που αγωνίζονται την ίδια ημέρα στο πρωτάθλημα των Κορασίδων...
Οι υπόλοιπες αθλήτριες γυμνάστηκαν δυνατά και με πολύ κέφι, παρά το πρωινό εγερτήριο, απόρροια της εκτός έδρας νίκης που έφερε η ομάδα την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα...
Μετά το τέλος της προπόνησης οι αθλήτριες γυμνάστηκαν με βάρη...
Στην προπόνηση...διέπρεψε συμμετέχοντας ο coach Δημήτρης Καρατζάς βγάζοντας κάτι απίθανες υποδοχές και ρίχνοντας κάτι καρφιά που και οι καλύτερες κεντρικές μπλοκέρ θα ζήλευαν...

 

* Μετά την προπόνηση δηλώσεις έκανε η διαγώνια Χριστίνα Τσάβου (δημοσιεύονται σε ξεχωριστό κείμενο)...
