Στην πέμπτη εβδομάδα της προετοιμασίας το ασκησιολόγιο έχει αλλάξει τελείως μορφή και ρυθμό. Το τρέξιμο και η  ασκήσεις ενδυνάμωσης είναι παρελθόν, οι ασκήσεις με μπάλες, όπως και δουλειά για κάθε θέση ξεχωριστά έχουν δώσει άλλο ενδιαφέρον στα κορίτσια όπου πραγματικά δίνουν τον καλήτερο εαυτό τους.
Ο προπονητής της ομάδας Νίκος Παππάς αφιερώνει ατελείωτες ώρες στο γήπεδο με την πεποίθηση ότι αυτή η ομάδα θα αποτελεί τον κορμό των πολλών επόμενων ετών.
Προβληματάκια πάντα υπάρχουν στις ομάδες έτσι και σ εμας η νέα πασαδόρος η Μαρία Φραγκούλη λόγο ασθένειας θα απουσιάσει για λίγες ημέρες ,και παράλληλα δύο τρείς παίκτριες λόγο συμμετοχής στις επόμενες πανελλήνιες εξετάσεις έχουν  μειωμένο αριθμό προπονήσεων.
Με τέσσερις προπονήσεις και άλλη μια με ενδυνάμωση εβδομαδιαίως η κούραση είναι μεγάλη όμως εμείς επιμένουμε στο μοτο ΤΑ ΚΑΛΑ ΠΡΑΓΜΑΤΑ ΕΡΧΟΝΤΑΙ ΣΕ ΑΥΤΟΥΣ ΠΟΥ ΠΙΣΤΕΥΟΥΝ ΤΑ ΠΙΟ ΚΑΛΑ ΣΕ ΕΚΕΙΝΟΥΣ ΠΟΥ ΕΧΟΥΝ ΥΠΟΜΟΝΗ ΚΑΙ ΤΑ ΚΑΛΗΤΕΡΑ ΣΕ ΟΣΟΥΣ ΔΕΝ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΛΕΙΠΟΥΝ.
